Rosanne Pet Supplies is not responsible for any misuse, abuse, gifting, alteration, or damage to products after delivery. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all products and packaging materials (including plastic bags, bubble wrap, and small parts) are kept out of reach of children and pets. We are not liable for injuries, choking hazards, suffocation risks, or harm resulting from improper use, damaged items, or unsafe handling.
We are also not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to packages after they have been marked “Delivered” by the carrier. This includes porch pirate incidents and items left unattended at the delivery location. Customers must contact us if an issue occurs so we can determine whether assistance is possible.
