Rosanne Pet Supplies is not responsible for any misuse, abuse, gifting, alteration, or damage to products after they have been delivered. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loosening, breaking, or removing parts • Damage caused by pets, children, or other individuals • Improper handling or unsafe use • Failure to supervise children or pets around product packaging or broken parts

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all products, packaging materials (including plastic bags, bubble wrap, and small parts), and accessories are kept out of reach of children and pets. We are not liable for injuries, choking hazards, suffocation risks, or any harm resulting from improper use or damaged items.

Once an order has been shipped and marked Delivered by the carrier, Rosanne Pet Supplies is no longer responsible for:

• Loss, theft, or “porch pirate” incidents • Damage caused after delivery • Items left unattended at the delivery location • Packages stolen from mailboxes, porches, or doorsteps

If your package is stolen or missing after delivery confirmation, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds, we will review the situation and determine whether assistance is possible.
